Webex API Configuration

  1. Go to https://developer.webex.com/add-app.html and log in
  2. Click Create an Integration button

  1. Fill in the form Create an Integration in Webex API
    1. In Redirect URI(s) field, specify the URI that looks like http://SITENAME/delegate/training-events/webex-code
      • Where SITENAME is the name of site on which you are using the WebEx integration, e.g. http://localhost:8080/delegate/training-events/webex-code
      • Note: if your site is using https, don't forget to specify it in URI
    2. Tick spark:all scope only of all Scopes checkboxes.
  2. Click Create Integration button

  1. After that, you will see the page with all the integration details. Find Client ID and Client Secret and copy them to Valamis Administration - Webex API (or send them to the Valamis representative working with you)

  1. The Site name field in Webex API tab is the URL of the Webex site, where the new meetings will be created. You get this URL from your existing plan with Webex.
