3 years is the standard agreement Valamis utilizes as it takes time to realize the value and impact of the new learning in your organization. Longer-term plans, such as 5 years are also available, while 1 year plans are available for consideration. Please contact our sales team to get details on the available discounts and pricing options.
What is included in the pricing?
Pricing typically includes access to the LMS platform, Valamis learning mobile app, all of our standard features, and 24/7 support. Additional services, such as advanced customization, eCommerce, or solution management are available at an extra cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
You can upgrade your plan at any time as needed, while downgrades are available after the duration of the initial contract period. Your Learning Solution Partner will support you in adjusting your subscription to match your changing requirements
What support options are available?
All Valamis support tiers include email, phone, and access to a dedicated Learning Solution Partner. Additional support options remain available depending on your subscription model.
Can I integrate Valamis with other systems?
