I co-founded Valamis with one conviction: learning and business growth are inseparable. Since then, we’ve grown from a three-person start-up into a global learning technology company with offices in six countries and customers worldwide. With a Master of Education and over 20 years in digital learning, I’ve seen the industry from every angle, from training teachers to reshaping strategy for major global organizations. As a Valamis co-founder and Chief Visionary Officer, my job is to make sure what we build is not just technically strong, but genuinely transformative.

With over 16 years in international HR and Master’s degrees in both Education and Economics, I bring a broad perspective to people and culture. I’ve worked with employees across the world to build cultures where people can grow. I believe that a strong company culture, continuous learning, and employee wellbeing are the foundations of sustainable business success.

I bring over a decade of international business and operations experience to my role as CRO, overseeing the strategies and processes that turn digital learning ambitions into real outcomes. I’m a direct, team-focused leader who measures success by one thing: whether customers actually get there.

With a Master’s in Economics and Business Administration and a background spanning accounting, M&A and financial management, I bring a broad perspective to the CFO role. I believe finance is more than reporting, it’s a strategic partner that helps the business make the right calls and grow sustainably.
