Jari is a digital learning expert with over 20 years of experience and a Master of Education (M.Ed.). He’s helped transform corporate learning, from training teachers to reshaping strategies for major organizations. As a co-founder of Valamis, Jari drives product development, creating impactful learning experiences and harnessing digitalization for growth.

Maria Vihtkari is an experienced international HR professional, specializing in labour law and guiding organisational culture through mergers and acquisitions. With over 13 years in the private sector, she holds Master’s degrees in Education and Economics, giving her deep insight into how strong culture and employee well-being drive business success.

Esa Turunen, Chief Revenue Officer at Valamis, has over 10 years of international business and operations management experience. He oversees revenue and operations, driving strategies and processes that ensure smooth, agile digital learning implementations and top-quality support. A hands-on, team-focused leader, Esa puts customer success at the heart of his work.

Anna Mathews is responsible for Valamis’ financial management. Anna holds Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration and has extensive experience in accounting consulting, M&A, and financial management. She believes that finance is more than reporting, it is a strategic partner that enables the business to make the right decisions and achieve sustainable growth.
