What does Valamis cost?

It depends on learner numbers, integrations and migration. The platform, mobile app, authoring tool and standard features come in one contract, so there are fewer separate line items than with a modular quote. You’ll get a personalized quote as part of the demo.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how much you migrate and how many systems you connect. A straightforward setup with single sign-on and an HRIS connection is faster than migrating years of existing content and records. We’ll give you a plan rather than a guess.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

Pre-built connectors cover HRIS, single sign-on, Microsoft Teams and the main content libraries, and there is an open API for anything else. Learning data is stored as xAPI, so it can be queried or exported rather than locked in.

Where is our data hosted, and how secure is it?

For EU customers, data is stored in EU-based Azure regions by default, and US hosting is available. Valamis holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certification and a SOC 2 Type II report, and we can share the documentation for your security review.
