Valamis partners with Adelis to accelerate its global expansion
Valamis announces a partnership with Adelis Equity Partners (“Adelis”), a growth partner for well-positioned, Nordic companies that have high growth ambitions.
23 December 2020, Joensuu. Valamis, the global leader in digital learning technologies and workforce development, announces a partnership with Adelis. In partnership with the Valamis management, Adelis acquires shares from passive investors in Valamis Group Oy and provides growth capital to the business in order to further the company’s expansion. Current management-owners will continue in their roles and retain significant ownership going forward.
Valamis was seeking a partner to help accelerate the development of its learning platform business internationally:
