How to Successfully Integrate Learning with Work

webinar on demand

Many organisations have fully developed suites of formal learning solutions delivered through their academies either face-to-face or digitally. However, many fail to exploit the wide range of learning opportunities available daily in the hybrid workplace.

The research tells us that when learning is embedded in work, it is more likely to transform practices and improve individual, team, and organisational performance.

Most learning happens while people are working, while we are attempting to solve problems, and when we are collaborating with our colleagues. But how can we create a culture where learning and working thrive together and achieve personal and organisational success?

Watch this webinar with Charles Jennings, Partner Tulser/70:20:10 Institute, and Daniel Mills, Valamis Senior Learning Consultant, to examine:

  • Ways to bring learning and work together.
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • How to dispel the idea of “not having enough time to learn” in your learning culture.
  • How learning and working can support each other in a virtuous circle of continuous improvement.

Broadcasted on: 17th of May 2022
