Project Manager. Joensuu / Oulu, Finland (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join us. In this role, you lead the delivery of Valamis, our digital learning platform, to companies and other organizations, and you take ownership of each project’s successful delivery. You own scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinate cross-functional teams of specialists, and act as the main point of contact for our customers.

What are we looking for in our new colleague?

Experience and skills

• Experience delivering complex systems like ERP or other enterprise software, and a track record of getting them done. This matters most to us.
• A practical, hands-on way of running projects. You mix agile and more traditional ways of working to fit each project, rather than sticking to one fixed method.
• You’re comfortable owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality across several projects at once.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Soft skills

• Confident and decisive. You drive projects forward instead of waiting.
• Clear communication with customers, your team, and stakeholders.
• Well organised, able to keep many moving parts in order.
• Calm and clear-headed when projects get demanding.
• An eye for detail. Small things don’t slip past you.
• A reliable team player.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience delivering SaaS projects in a customer-facing role.
• A good technical understanding of how enterprise systems are built and integrated.
• Finnish language skills are a bonus, but not mandatory for the role.
